Our long term care unit provides 24 hour licensed skilled nursing services, a registered dietitian, social workers, and activities staff. Springtree´s dedicated staff combines their medical expertise with a caring spirit. Our highly skilled team of professional caregivers is under the direction of the resident´s physician.

Naturally there is no place like home but at Springtree we make every effort to create a comfortable setting for our residents. Springtree Rehabilitation and Health Care Center´s enthusiastic staff provides personal and compassionate attention to each resident. Dynamic activities programs are designed to enhance the resident´s quality of life and are offered daily. Family participation is encouraged, as we believe it is important for them to remain integrally involved in the lives of their relative.
